"But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you." (Mathew 6:33KJV)
The Lord Jesus revealed the order in which things should be sought. While we see people around the world rushing to secure all sorts of achievements and possessions and leaving spiritual things for later (if there is time!), He taught us that we must first ensure that our being is filled with the presence of God. , that we seek an intimate communion with God, and only after this happens, we have the guarantee given by Him, that we will be able to conquer all other things.
Where is the Kingdom of God (which we must seek first)? About this the Bible teaches: "And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation: Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you. (Luke 17:20,21KJV)
We understand that the Kingdom of God is the place where God reigns absolutely, where His Word is the law, and therefore is respected, it is the place where He has complete freedom to manifest Himself bringing perfect peace, complete joy, and everything what's good. There is not a single place in the world where this happens, except within those who receive Him and prioritize Him above all other things that exist. Invite Him right now to be your Lord, so that He may establish His Kingdom within you too.
